The Applicant and Principal Owner(s) (collectively, "you") authorize JGS Miami LLC and its agents, representatives, successors, assigns, and funding partners (collectively, "Recipients") to obtain business and personal credit reports, including bank and credit card processing statements, from credit bureaus (e.g., TransUnion, Equifax, Experian), financial institutions, and other third parties for the following purposes: To evaluate and verify the application for funding, authenticate identity, conduct underwriting, and for general due diligence; If funding is approved, to administer, monitor, collect, and enforce any resulting agreement. You authorize JGS Miami LLC to share your application and related data with any Recipients for the purposes stated above. You also authorize all banks, creditors, and financial institutions to release relevant information about you or your business to JGS Miami LLC and/or any Recipient.
Consent to Communications: You expressly consent to receive communications—including marketing, servicing, and collections—via phone calls (including autodialed and prerecorded messages), SMS/text messages, and emails to the contact details provided. Standard message and data rates may apply. Your consent to marketing communications is not a condition of funding.
Each signer certifies that the information provided is accurate and complete and agrees to promptly notify JGS Miami LLC of any changes. You acknowledge that Recipients may rely on all statements and information submitted, which may be incorporated into any funding agreement you enter. By signing, you authorize JGS Miami LLC and/or its Recipients to obtain your credit report and related information for the purpose of securing business funding.
